We work only with trusted suppliers directly linked to original factories. We can also provide close-up photos or videos of your exact pair before you pay.

No. On foot, they look identical to retail pairs. Even experienced sneaker collectors can’t tell the difference without dismantling the shoe.

We don’t offer COD at the moment because our stock system is automated and items sell out fast, so payment is needed to secure your order.

We’re an online-only brand so we can skip rental and middleman costs, and give our customers the best price possible.

Yes. Because they’re made in the same factories with the same materials, the comfort, durability, and performance are exactly the same as retail store pairs.

We offer a 48-hours return or exchange if your sneakers are not as described or if there’s an issue. They must be unworn and in their original condition.

Orders are process within 24 hours (working days) after payment. Delivery within Malaysia usually takes 5–9 working days.

Why is it longer? Every sneaker you order goes through an extra QC process in our hands before shipping, even though it’s already passed the factory check.

We carefully:

✅ Inspect stitching, shape, sole condition, and insole fit

✅ Clean and prepare the pair so it arrives fresh

✅ Repack securely to protect it during transit

✅ We also work with multiple warehouses and suppliers to give you the widest selection. Sometimes this means your pair is sent from a different warehouse to our main hub before it reaches you.
